About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to roofing services provided by All Topps Roofing, a family-run business based in Aylesbury. Contact us on 07813 092763 or morrison0972@gmail.com.
Quotes
Quotes are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection. They're valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If hidden issues are uncovered once work begins, we'll discuss any cost changes with you before proceeding.
Bookings & deposits
For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit to cover materials. Start dates are weather-dependent and we'll keep you informed if anything changes.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer or cash.
Workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years on full roof replacements. We do not offer any guarantee on repairs.
Insurance
We hold £2 million public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
Cancellation
You can cancel a booked job at no cost up to 7 days before the agreed start date. After that, any materials already ordered specifically for your job will be charged at cost.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any one job is limited to the price paid for that job.
Website use
Content on this site is for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but make no guarantees and accept no liability for decisions made based on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
